1 - Puppy Exam

We highly encourage the buyer to have the puppy examined by a licensed vetrinarian within ten (10) business days of the purchase date. This health guarantee will be void if puppy is not seen within the alloted time. The buyer is responsible for daily health care and maintenance of the puppy including all immunizations and examinations recommended by their vetrinarian after purchase.

2 - Seller Warranty

The seller warrants that every precaution has been taken and quality care provided to ensure the physical soundness and mental stability of the puppy while in the seller's care. Puppy is active, eating well, and has normal stools. All puppies will be current on vaccinations and worming. Buyer will receive a health certificate and vaccination record from Sellers veterinarian.

3 - Not Warrantied

The seller does not warranty the puppy against common conditions such as, but not limited to, hypoglycemia, kennel cough, mites, coccidiosis, giardia, parasites, nor genetic conditions that are not deemed life threatening such as, but not limited to, hernias, mild (grade 1-2) luxating patellas, mild heart murmurs, allergies, patellar luxation, skin allergies, seizures associated with hypoglycemia, uneven bites, undescended testicles, inguinal or umbilical hernias, or behavioral problems.

4 - Genetic Warranty

If any genetic issues arise within the first two years of life that is deemed unsellable, the seller will give a replacement puppy of the same value as the original puppy. Seller will need documentation from your vet stating the diagnosis and may require a second opinion from our veterinarian. We do NOT require the return of the puppy. The seller is not responsible for any medical costs not covered under New York State sales of dogs and cats. The buyer will be responsible for all transportation costs of the replacement puppy.

5 - Non-Transferable

This guarantee is non-transferable.

6 - Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover temperament issues as they can be caused by a number of issues such as lack of discipline, proper dog socialization, or lack of training. It is the buyers responsibility to get proper training for their puppy and family.

Buyer Initials:

Puppy Pick Up: All puppies will be picked up the weekend the puppies are eight (8) weeks of age. No puppy will stay beyond that Sunday unless otherwise discussed. If it is agreed upon that the puppy will be staying longer, there is a $1,000 weekly charge for continued training.

This agreement and health guarantee shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions stated above. You are also agreeing to give this puppy a good and loving home for the puppy’s entire life.
